Empire City’s Construction To Be Resumed
Great news! Empire City Mall’s construction work shall resume after CNY at a full scale and will complete within the next 2 years!
Empire City Damansara (ECD1) has 23 acres of land size for a mixed development in Damansara, Petaling Jaya. It consists of Soho Tower, Office Tower, Hotel Tower, and Retail Spaces.
The Mammoth-Exsim JV company plans to complete the outstanding five developments for Empire City Damansara (ECD1). This includes two projects called QUB and QUAD+ that comprise multipurpose suites, the MacGuffin Hotel, the Autograph luxury hotel and Tower G.
Exsim and MEH (Mammoth Empire Holdings Sdn Bhd) will set up a special-purpose vehicle to undertake each component of these projects. They aim to complete these projects within the next two years.
Exsim will be in full control of the developments on the 4.5 acres (in ECD1) and 65 acres (ECD2). On the 4.5 acres, Exsim planned two developments — Mossaz Tower and Paxtonz Tower, both of which are luxurious suites. Mossaz is a 39-storey tower, which consists of 1,117 suites with six different layouts and built-ups ranging from 314 to 494 sqft. Whereas Paxtonz is a 23-storey tower that will house 775 suites with built-ups of 332 to 526 sqft. Mossaz is expected to be completed by the 3rd quarter of 2023.
